Attempt to charge Trump with a crime and to charge Michgan’s DePerno met with silence from DFL, MNGOP parties' Secretary of State nominees
On August 8--one day before the August 9 Minnesota and Wisconsin primaries for the office of Secretary of State--two things happened. Neither Simon nor Kim Crockett have ever commented, because both are play-it-safe partisan politicians uninterested in addressing the core issue for a state’s elections officer–-election irregularities.
The first happened in an adjacent state, Michigan. Attorney General Nessel, a Democrat, is seeking a special prosecutor to investigate lawyer Matthew DePerno, the Republican nominee for Michigan Attorney General for a “felony” after ‘state police found evidence he helped effort to gain access to voting machines’ like the fraudulent Dominion Voting machines in Minnesota that Steve Simon praises so highly. Reuters reports that DePerno “examined a vote tabulator from Richfield Township, a conservative stronghold of 3,600 people in northern Michigan’s Roscommon County.” And Nessel also contends that “it is a felony to seek or provide unauthorized access to voting equipment.”
While DePerno’s suit to get a forensic audit was turned down by a panel of three judges, it also appears that had they sought to provide him access to the Dominion tabulator, that under Nessel’s ideas about Michigan law, those judges also could have been charged with a felony. Obviously this kind of system is going to be unacceptable to Minnesota voters and I will trash it if you elect me Minnesota Secretary of State. Compare Steve Simon’s “everything is beautiful” regarding Dominion and voting machines BECAUSE HE BELIEVES IT HELPS Minesota Democrats when and Joe Biden achieve his political goals.
Note that the “failure” of DePerno’s was simply that the amount of votes in Roscommon County wasn’t enough to change the so-called outcome in the State of Michigan as a whole. Under laws I would propose to the Minnesota Legislature such tampering with votes as DePerno showed would be required to be examined in an election contest. The examination WOULD take place as it did in Georgia, over Raffensberger’s objections which resulted in the June 2 CISA report this year which is discussed throughout my campaign website.
The second August 8 event is the threats by Joe Biden and his dubious regime to arrest the President, Donald Trump. Donald Trump is the president in an important sense, in that he was duly elected and is still acting on behalf of the country. That is, he is protecting the country and its principles of free elections. Should he give that up we would have no ultimate leader standing for the absolute necessity of elections that give the nation the confidence that the power has transferred under the Constitution. We must restore this, and it’s fundamental that the machine regime described by the DHS’s own CISA experts can NOT make a real claim to determining the outcome. We are to “trust” anonymous people claiming to act correctly while at the same time people like Dana Nessel are CRIMINALIZING the very examination of the machines! She has no legitimacy and Biden has no legitimacy.

So we’re in dangerous territory and I challenge Kim Crockett, Steve Simon and Erik Van Mechelen to speak up! The job of the Minnesota Secretary of State is nothing more and nothing less than to preserve our democracy, to preserve the beacon of actual freedom (not wild sex and slaughter) on our planet.
Obviously Donald Trump is a patriot, and obviously cheaters like Joe Biden need to try to protect their mischief by means of legalisms. On July 15 of this August 9 primary season incumbent Steve Simon, sitting on an endorsement from the DFL that included unlawful voters participating in caucuses and conventions, doubled down on his lie that he can ignore the CISA June 3 warning (discussed here and in the top article) of significant risks of the state's Dominion Voting machines being hijacked in the 2022 elections.
Simon added, on national twitter, that those who disagree with him are "spreading disinformation" that threatens election workers. He said the 1st Amendment does not protect harassment, which to him means phone calls complaining about Dominion on weekends or walking of out of the SOS building complaining. He says objectors can shake their fist. They can cuss. Notably I have never done any of these things. But I did call out Simon's lies on national radio by going to his mnvotes.gov/facts site and pasting the Steve Simon misinformation (using taxpayer dollars) on twitter and confronting him and Mark Albert of Hearst with actual facts.
On June 3, 2022 the Department of Homeland Security finally issued a warning of specific dangers of Dominion Voting machines. They are dire. DHS (through CISA, cybersecurity agency) has never before issued such a warning or evaluation on any of the "voting machines" widely used throughout the United States. Steve Simon, incumbent SOS in Minnesota, attempted to respond the same day, but very weakly. Because very clearly Dominion Voting has defrauding the American voter by claiming its machine would be safe and reliable if the myriad instructions given to somebody were followed (who is it who carries out these protective actions, Sec. Simon?). CISA announced June 3, 2022 that was NOT the case, those elections would not be safe, not because secure. We're back to "just trust us", we said Donald Trump was a Russian agent.
The claims by Dominion were false, they were relied on by Minnesota and other user states, and that produced unsafe elections, very unsafe elections. Secretary of State Steve Carlson will correct this dire situation if you vote for me instead of Steve Simon on August 9.
Incumbent claims that this machine is not faulty. This is what needs to be done if a county does not want to be hijacked
After reading my tweets to the Hearst national propaganda campaign featuring Steve Simon, a tweeter named "Mama Bear 4 all" decided to post what Hennepin County, or Ramsey County, etc. can do if they want to keep their elections from being hijacked. CISA listed them at the link above. I invite any election official or voter to attempt to just read all the mitigations Steve Simon must ensure are DILIGENTLY done. I invite Steve Simon to explain to me how this kind of equipment that requires all these things to be done to ensure safe elections is not faulty:
"CISA recommends election officials continue to take and further enhance defensive measures to reduce the risk of exploitation of these vulnerabilities. Specifically, for each election, election officials should:
Contact Dominion Voting Systems to determine which software and/or firmware updates need to be applied. Dominion Voting Systems reports to CISA that the above vulnerabilities have been addressed in subsequent software versions.
Ensure all affected devices are physically protected before, during, and after voting.
Ensure compliance with chain of custody procedures throughout the election cycle.
Ensure that ImageCast X and the Election Management System (EMS) are not connected to any external (i.e., Internet accessible) networks.
Ensure carefully selected protective and detective physical security measures (for example, locks and tamper-evident seals) are implemented on all affected devices, including on connected devices such as printers and connecting cables.
Close any background application windows on each ImageCast X device.
Use read-only media to update software or install files onto ImageCast X devices.
Use separate, unique passcodes for each poll worker card.
Ensure all ImageCast X devices are subjected to rigorous pre- and post-election testing.
Disable the “Unify Tabulator Security Keys” feature on the election management system and ensure new cryptographic keys are used for each election.
As recommended by Dominion Voting Systems, use the supplemental method to validate hashes on applications, audit log exports, and application exports.
Encourage voters to verify the human-readable votes on printout.
Conduct rigorous post-election tabulation audits of the human-readable portions of physical ballots and paper records, to include reviewing ballot chain of custody and conducting voter/ballot reconciliation procedures. These activities are especially crucial to detect attacks where the listed vulnerabilities are exploited such that a barcode is manipulated to be tabulated inconsistently with the human-readable portion of the paper ballot. (NOTE: If states and jurisdictions so choose, the ImageCast X provides the configuration option to produce ballots that do not print barcodes for tabulation.)
VoterID can replace Dominion Voting machines and restore safe and fair elections
The best way to get rid of Dominion Voting in Minnesota, and get back to real voting, is to issue and wisely use Voter ID cards in Minnesota, and I would develop and phase in Minnesota Voter ID Cards that work to make voting easier and cheating harder. Here's how it would work:
Voter ID card will be loaded with a strip or a chip to store voter information for ease of registration and voting in a given election
The voter simply presents the Voter ID containing their voter address and name and other data at their designated polling place
Using the Voter ID Card, the voter is given a paper ballot, and presents the card again with his or her completed ballot to be counted
The Voter ID Card is programmed with a unique voting number generated for that vote at that voting station, and that number is used to count the vote and to store the paper ballot.
The Voter ID Card is matched to county records, to ensure the voter was authorized to vote in that district. But there's no other electronic record of voting than the unique vote number, so nothing can be duplicated or used fraudulently.
The vote number is stored in the Voter ID Card, indicating that a ballot was issued and after being filled in, submitted and counted at that polling station. If you attempt to use your card to vote again, the poll worker will get the message that you tried to vote again in the same election. You'll have some explaining to do. So of course you won't do that.
This system generates efficient, same-day voting while eliminating Dominion Voting and other similar dangerous voting machines.

Why is Ilhan a black Muslilm born in Somalia with open hostility toward the United States, put into office by Keith Ellison? And a woman? Do the actions and values of Omar actually represent those of CD5, Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs? Does Minneapolis really want a City Council composed of people hostile to the city and openly supporting its destruction? Donald Trump asks, how did she get elected, is this what the voters in CD5 actually want? I don't think so. I agree with Rep. Colin Peterson of CD7 that Ilhan Omar does not belong in this party. I do.
As I have long explained, and brought to the U.S. Supreme Court twice, the Minnesota DFL current leadership, and the DNC have voter quotas which violate the U.S. Constitution because they deliberately and systematically exclude a voter because of their gender (operating to exclude men) and race (excluding whites and other races based on the population). This exclusion is hidden from the public by the Star Tribune and other media, and by the Democratic Party. This under ObamaCare has led to the state and metro counties taking away dollars intended for breast cancer patients, and applying those dollars to other populations without breast cancer, while Minnesota women are left to die because of it.
Given two metro safe seats, Minneapolis and St. Paul gerrymandered as DFL, an insider deal was made where the white women in the DFL (pro abortion, pro breast cancer against older white, black, brown, Indian and Asian women) get St. Paul and CD4.
Keith Ellison got Minneapolis with voter quotas with white women support (all pro-abortion, sacrificial lambs of fetuses). And now he's given it to Ilhan Omar, burned down half of Minneapolis with his anti-police charges and riots--the charges won't stick and he knows it. This deal with the devil is the direct result of demographic distortion in the Twin Cities by eliminating the fundamental right to vote.
So there's a clue--unconstitutional voter quotas--how Amy and Tina got so bad and why we are stuck with them when are clearly inimical to the well-being of the state. This has to be fixed and by writing me in for U.S. Senate in the Nov. 3 election you cast a vote to fix the democracy.
To begin with, take a glance at the video to your left, or listen to it, it's short. It says Barack Obama would fund one-third of the cost to fund ObamaCare--or OprahCare--by cutting Medicare!! This is Amy and Tina's candidate. They have now turned against living, aging women in addition the unborn.
Obama was adamant to Jake Tapper that "to bend the cost curve," he would veto any attempt by Congress to oppose his cuts to Medicare! Part of that cutting Medicare is aging breast cancer patients in promised federal treatment off of the Breast and Cervical Cancer Prevention and Treatment Program, or in Minnesota MA-BC
And yet, Amy and Tina keep their slow, mindless march toward the destruction of Medicare and the destruction of our overall health care system, and the destruction of our country, really, with these pernicious voter quotas which have undermined the August 11 Minnesota primary. The standard Tina Smith and Amy Klobuchar tack is to pretend Steve Carlson does not exist. In 2012 and 2014, instead of whining to the Fake News that I wanted to be in their broadcast debate, I sued. I went to the proper regulatory agencies and brought it all the way to the Supreme Court.
When the state tried dirty tricks like cutting off my emergency unemployment compensation. When in 2016 and cutting off my wife's breast cancer treatment coverage, I went back to the courts.
I prevailed at the U.S. Supreme Court in a bankruptcy adversarial on unemployment, and showed the corruption in the MA-BC program in the state courts.
The U.S. Supreme Court just finished with it June 15, 2020. All this happens because of the corruption of the state's Minnesota DFL and how they ruin our government. And they don't want to talk about it.
While I did well in televised debates--and radio, newspaper--starting with Amy Klobuchar a little lawyer hustler, all the Independence Party candidates were excluded. Actually in 2010, I had busted the televised debate cycle open on KSTP by accepting Teresa Collett's offer to debate (as the Independence Party nominee for CD4). Others followed. Keith Ellison etc., and soon everyone was debating on KSTP in 2010. Lots of debates as well in 2012.
But when I posted "Make It Count" attacking the DFL's voter quotas excluding men (all races) and excluding whites, etc. and bought the voter list on a promise--both in 2010 and in 2012--to get the voter e-mail addresses of all the voters and send the video to everyone, the wagons (Minnesota duopoly judges as well as the Secretary of State office and Attorney General) were circled. The Minnesota Supreme Court claimed they don't do election contests except yardsigns or state-mandated close contests. In 2014 I filed before the election for unfair and unconstitutional election processes. That finished in 2016 at the U.S. Supreme Court. The voter quotas are really wrong. The duopoly--the national Democrat and Republican parties--have taken a 1983 case about John Anderson (Anderson v. Celebrezze) and through a Republican case in Connecticut, and a Democrat case in San Francisco, appropriated the findings for themselves--AGAINST independent parties and independent voters!! Very clever. The independent voters of Minnesota, not the party activists of the national parties, remain the bedrock of our political liberty in Minnesota. And they exclude men and whites. I say that because the Republican party allows the corruption of the DFL and national Democratic party, and America is their hostage. And that, ladies and gentlemen is how it got so bad. You'll see all-women delegations to the U.S. Senate popping up all over the country. This is not freedom but quota tyranny. And the Fake News LOVES it! Because they don't like America very much.
