Steve Carlson's Reply to CBS Broadcasing on excluding him from U.S. Senate candidate debate

On October 25, CBS Broadcasting crashed into Minnesota, at the Minnesota Supreme Court, to put down a local upstart, Steve Carlson, who surprised some when he won the Minnesota Independence Party statewide primary, and now wants to join the other primary winners, Al Franken and Mike McFadden, in the publicly broadcast candidate. In a high-pressure, last-minute motion to open the debate, Steve Carlson and CBS attorney John Borger of Faegre and Benson had this exchange.
