Welcome to a U.S. Senate campaign and campaign for free and fair elections!

This is a presentation including actual submissions to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, in a motion filed with him on Friday, October 31, 2014, just days before the November 4 general election. Based on Section 4 of Article I of the U.S. Constitution, Carlson explains how the U.S. Constitution gives to Minnesota's State Legislature the power and duty to prescribe the election of U.S. Senators, and to Minnesota's Supreme Court to enforce it. And how that Minnesota politically appointed, and elected Minnesota Supreme Court incompetently, irresponsibly avoids this duty and how it's creating a new elections landscape for federal elections in Minnesota. And the sobering implications for the whole nation.

Here is a Constitutionally-grounded, thorough, but fiery case against Minnesota's failure to protect the 1st Amendment rights of the Independence Party and Independent voters
